In 1999, he charted a new course, establishing a practice in Providence, Rhode Island, focused on medical malpractice, personal injury, construction surety, premises security, liquor liability cases, and complex litigation.
David’s track record speaks volumes about his ability to secure favorable outcomes through settlement negotiations, mediation, and arbitration, and points to his exceptional ability to recognize the fair value of a case and negotiate effectively. His extensive professional network includes prominent attorneys who trust him to represent their malpractice clients and adversaries who respect his tenacity and skill in the courtroom.
