Emily Johnson is a dedicated advocate for individuals who have suffered personal injuries. As an Attorney, she has successfully handled cases from the day of injury through trial. Her practice focuses on premises liability, including slip and falls, dog bites, and construction site injuries, as well as motor vehicle accidents, dram shop liability, and toxic tort cases involving tobacco exposure.
Before joining Silva Santos PC, Emily served as a prosecutor in Plymouth and Bristol County, where she tirelessly worked to promote community safety. She spent countless hours in the courtroom, refining her trial advocacy skills and gaining invaluable litigation experience.
Emily earned her Juris Doctorate from Roger Williams University School of Law after completing her Bachelor of Arts in Communication Arts and Sciences at Penn State University. During her time at Penn State, she interned with the Office of the State Attorney in Sanford, Florida, where she worked with the Special Victims Unit. This experience solidified her passion for advocating on behalf of those in need.
Originally from Pennsylvania, Emily has fully embraced life in Massachusetts by building connections within the community. She enjoys paddleboarding in the summer and cheering on Penn State Football.
